The most important thing to me is to meet you where YOU are on your journey, it doesn’t matter if you are a complete beginner or very advanced, I have a class for you!
200+ Hour RYT Certification

I received my first certification at Yogi Hari’s Ashram, where we focused on Sampoorna Yoga. This is a kind of Hatha yoga that also incorporates other yogas such as Nada and Karma. This was also the begining of my meditation journey.
300+ Hour RYT Certification
Rishikesh India, 2024
I received my second certification at Rishikesh Yoga Association, fulfilling my dream of studying in the city yoga was born. Here I learned Ashtanga primary and secondary sequence, as well as more Hatha Yoga. I also increased my knowledge of pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy and alignment, and practical uses of yoga as therapy.
